What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, telephone number, company name, subject and message you provide, together with the page you submitted from and the date and time of submission.
We also record the IP address the submission came from. This is used only to limit automated spam and is not used to identify or profile you.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing.
Enquiries are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), which acts as our data processor. Google may process this data on servers outside the UAE.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with the matter raised and to comply with our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@nauticasfzco.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
