Captain Vikas Shukla brings deep-rooted expertise in tanker operations, freight strategy and global maritime logistics. Previously serving as Head of Shipping and Chartering at ENOC, he spent over eight years leading chartering strategies, vessel acquisitions, claims management and cross-functional coordination across CPP, DPP, LPG and LNG trades.
Prior to ENOC, he held leadership and operational roles across Singapore, the UAE and India, managing technical operations, safety compliance, marine surveys and dry dockings.

Vikas brings with him a wealth of knowledge and a unique blend of sea- and shore-based expertise to Nauticas FZCO. With 15 years of experience sailing and commanding tankers, he gained invaluable first-hand experience in vessel operations, safety protocols, cargo handling and navigating complex maritime environments.
His progression from Deck Cadet to Master Mariner equipped him with both seafaring and shore-based perspectives, enhancing his ability to lead with precision and foresight.
