Vikas Shukla brings a deep rooted expertise in tanker operations, freight strategy, and global maritime logistics. Previously serving as Head of Shipping and Chartering at ENOC, Vikas has spent over eight years leading chartering strategies, vessel acquisitions, claims management, and cross-functional coordination across CPP, DPP, LPG, and LNG trades. His role has been pivotal in optimising ENOC’s shipping operations and aligning freight solutions with dynamic trading needs
Prior to enoc Vikas as held leadership and operational role in countries such as Singapore , UAE and India, where he managed technical operations, safety compliance marine surveys and dry dockings.
Vikas’s journey from Deck Cadet to Master Mariner has equipped him with both seafaring and shore-based perspectives, enhancing his ability to lead with precision and foresight.

With 15 years of experience in Sailing and Commanding Tankers; he gained invaluable first-hand experience in vessel operations, safety protocols, cargo handling and navigating complex maritime environments.
